5. Res. 24/2012:  A resolution amending Resolution 66/2011 amending the salary for the Chief of Police of the Township of Penn

6. Res. 25/2012:  A resolution amending Res 52/2005, Purchasing Policy of the Township of Penn, so as to comply with new state purchasing regulations

7. Res. 26/2012:  A resolution approving a permit for quarrying and support activities by HET Corp. along Wilderness Road

8. Discussion and consideration of a three-year tax abatement request from Quest Realty Partnership for the William Penn Assisted Living Project on Walton Road

9. Select dates and times for possible interviews of Planning Commission candidates for appointment

10. Request authorization to seek bids for replacement of several roofs damages by hail

11. Request authorization to purchase three Dodge Charger police via Central Westmoreland Council of Governments at Day Fleet Sales including camera system, partition, light bars, siren, wiring, lettering, etc. at a cost of $36,501 each.
