5. Westmoreland Community Credit Union Land Development for preliminary & final approval of a building to be located on Waugaman Road, zoned B-1.
6. Consider a motion to approve purchase via the State COSTARS contract, 6 digital camera systems for police cars at a total installed price of $26,754.00 ($4,459 each) 
7. Reminder that Ordinance # 847/2008, amending provisions governing appointments to the PTARC Board, will be considered for enactment at the Regular meeting on May 19^th.
8. Reminder that there will be joint meeting (open to the public) between the Commissioners and the Planning and Zoning Commission beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 19^th (prior to the Regular monthly meeting.)
