Description The Penn Township Sewer Authority Board plans, constructs, and funds projects that provide municipal sewer service to the township. The Board maintains and operates the sewer system with a staff of six -- three office personnel and three field personnel. The authority's consulting engineer provides all plan reviews, system designs, and construction inspections. The authority also has a solicitor under contract who prepares developer’s agreements, resolutions, and provides legal advice. The Sewer Authority Board is responsible for the entire sanitary sewer system, including fifteen pump stations and collection sewers. Members of the Sewer Authority Board are appointed by the Penn Township Commissioners to serve five-year terms. Public Meetings Current Members
