Introducing Charo

In 2009, with the assistance from the Westmoreland County District Attorney's office, Penn Township purchased Charo, a Czechoslovakian born German Shepherd.

Officer Piriano and Charo trained together at Castle’s K-9 in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Officer Piriano and Charo are trained and certified in Narcotics Detection and Patrol.
