Right to Know & Crash Reports

The Penn Township Police Department conforms to the PA Right-to-Know Law.

The Penn Township Police Department charges a fee of $15.00 for all crash reports.

Anyone wishing to receive a copy of a police report can do so by submitting a written request at the Penn Township Police Station Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Not all police records may be available for dissemination.
