The Penn Township Community Development Department is responsible for
monitoring all construction activities and related permits and
approvals, as well as all subdivisions and land developments.
Before you begin any type of
home project, you should contact the department to see if you need any
permits or special permissions to do such work. The community
development department also handles sewage enforcement and occupancy
inspections.
